ORDER

The petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.50 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 8 r/w 7 of Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail since the bail granted to him earlier was cancelled by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, on 03.02.2025.

2.The petitioner was granted bail on 23.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No. 57 of 2024 in Crime No.50 of 2023 by the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Nagapattinam. Since the petitioner had violated the condition imposed by this Court and had harassed the victim girl, the bail was cancelled by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai in Crl.M.P.No.2547 of 2024 by the order dated 03.02.2025.

3. The petitioner has not challenged the said cancellation order. Hence, this Court cannot entertain this anticipatory bail application to the petitioner who apprehends arrest pursuant to the cancellation of bail.
