The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to forbear the third and fourth respondents from interfering with the civil dispute between between the petitioner and the fifth respondent with regard to the petitioner's housing land comprised in survey No.139/101, bearing Patta No.161 to the extent of 14 cents, situated in Sadras village, Thirukkazhukundam Taluk, Kanchipuram district by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2018. 2.The petitioner had been called for an enquiry before the third and fourth respondents, who are the Inspector of Police, Thirukkazhukundram Police Station and the Sub-Inspector of Police, Sadhurangapattinam Police Station. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he appeared for enquiry on 20.04.
2018, pursuant to the complaint given by the fifth respondent with the third respondent. On 20.04.2018, he had produced his Patta, 'A' Register to the third respondent. 3.The grievances of the petitioner is that the third and the fourth respondents are threatening him to vacate the premises under his occupation. There is a dispute, which is civil in nature between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. It is hoped that the third and the fourth respondents would not over-reach themselves and take law in their own hands. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also present and this order has been passed in his presence. The petitioner is at liberty to forward once again a copy of the Patta and 'A' Register and if he is once again called for enquiry, he would have the assistance of Advocate to be with him during the enquiry.
This court certainly hopes that the third and fourth respondents would abide by the rule of law. 5.With these observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
