This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6436 of 2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to comply the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
