(The case has been heard through video conference) This is the second application for Anticipatory Bail. Earlier, the petitioner originally offered to deposit Rs.20,00,000/- as security. Thereafter, they offered to deposit the title deeds of a property worth about Rs.20,00,000/- and later, earlier application for Anticipatory Bail was withdrawn. Subsequently, the present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
