O R D E R

Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of HMOP.No.239 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Puducherry, to the file of Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner informs that no much inconvenience

would be caused to the respondent/wife if transfer, as prayed for is ordered. Learned counsel submits that the matter is pending before Family Court, Puducherry, which 25 kms away from the house of the respondent and the petitioner seeks transfer only to Cuddalore, which is only 4 kms. from the house of the respondent. Further, the petitioner/husband is put to much harassment while attending the Court at Puducherry since he is practising advocate. 4.Considering the submissions made, this Court directs transfer of MOP.No.239 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Puducherry to the file of Family Court, Cuddalore. The Court below is directed to dispose of MOP.No.239 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.07.2016 kkd Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No
