O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 31.07.2018 at 10.30 a.m., some unknown rowdy elements came with dangerous weapons in red colour car bearing Registration No.TN 21 BB 1695 to the petitioner's house and gave a life threat to him. She further submitted that subsequently on 02.08.2018 at about 09.30 PM one Advocate Mr.Rajesh came with 15-20 henchmen into the petitioner's apartment with dangerous weapons and again criminally intimidated and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 03.08.2018, but, so far no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the complaint is still pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with regard to the said complaint and if the enquiry discloses any cognizable offence then, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
