ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in I.A.SR.No.32294/2022 in O.S.No.4014 of 2016 dated 03.03.2023 on the file of VIII Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 07.08.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 09.08.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. on 09.08.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
