2. Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel, appears on behalf of second respondent.

3. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 276 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 276 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.A.Ganesh, learned counsel for first respondent and Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel for second respondent at the time of admission. Learned counsel for appellants shall immediately serve papers on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of first respondent.
