ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This court while granting bail to the petitioner on 17.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No 10583 of 2020 has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying above condition regularly till date and hence prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the bail condition regularly.

4. Inview of the above submission, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10583 of 2020 on 17.078.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until futher orders.
