Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month, until further order imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.2486 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28565 of 2019 dated 02.03.2020 on the file of this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 02.03.2020, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police at 10.30a.m., on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 02.03.2020 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
