CR.NO.22 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.2937 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.1199 of 2021 dated 11.03.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.HEMALATHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2937 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1199 of 2021 on 11.03.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in 15 days i.e., on every first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
