(CR.NO.45 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.5711 of 2021 by order dated 23.03.2021 (i.e) directing petitioner to appear before respondent police daily at 10.30 am. until further orders. Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SOUNTHAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- By earlier order dated 23.03.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.03.2021 stands relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
