A.No.2082 of 2020 in O.P.No.724 of 2016 P.T.ASHA, J., The above application has been filed for permitting the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,71,15,000/- together with interest accrued, which has been deposited to the credit of O.P.No.724 of 2016, dated 16.02.2017 with the Registrar, High Court of Madras.

2. The applicant is a trust and that it filed O.P.No.724 of 2016 to grant permission to sell the trust property situated at Audiappa Naicken Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai 600 001. Subsequent to the filing of the original petition, this Court was also pleased to grant permission to all the scheduled mentioned property.

3. The learned Advocate Commissioner, who has been appointed, has submitted a report with reference to the physical features of the building as well as the market values. It is contended that the property was sold to the successful bidder. The successful bidder has also deposited that the entire sale consideration tune of Rs.1,71,15,000/-.

4. Considering the fact that the amount is due to the trust, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
