PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildigs Lease and Rent Control Act 18 of 1960 as amended by Act 23 of 1973, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 12.10.2012 in R.C.A. No.16 of 2012 on the file of the subordinate judge, Poonamallee, reversing the order and decree passed in R.C.O.P No.44 of 2008 dated 06.07.2010 on the file of District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Poonamallee.
