The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5(f), 5(1) and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.10 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. It is seen that while filing the charge sheet in SPL.S.C.No.46 of 2025 the offences have been altered into Sections 5(f), 5(1) and 6(1) of the POCSO Act, 2012 r/w Sections 366 and 506(1) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the Special Court for POCSO offence has issued a Non-Bailable Warrant to the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above fact, this petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
