ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the docket order dated 11.01.2018 made in unnumbered IA. of 2018 in O.P.No.83 of 2017 on the file of the VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai, thereby to return the petition for interim maintenance.

2. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The respondent filed a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. In the meanwhile, the petitioner went to United States for her avocation along with her child. While pending suit, the petitioner filed a petition for seeking interim maintenance. The said petition was returned for the reason that there is no facility of Video-conference. Now, due to Covid-19 Pandemic all the Courts are having the facility of Video-conference to conduct the trial.
3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to re-present the petition and the Court below is directed to deal with the petition through Video-conference.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
