By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner is working as a Noon Meal Organiser at the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Pullukurichi, Karimangalam Block, Dharmapuri District for the past five years and his wife is working as Academic Co-ordinator at Nalanda International Public School, Achettipalli Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and the family of the petitioner is at Hosur. The petitioner, seeking transfer to the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, has submitted a representation and the first respondent, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the same vide letter in Na.Ka.No.11672/Sa.U.Thi (Nir-1)/ 2015 dated 09.07.2015 has requested the second respondent to send the proposal in the event of vacancy in that post. According to the petitioner, on account of the retirement of the incumbent viz., Asaithangam on 31.03.2015, a vacancy exists there and hence he may be accommodated in that post. Since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file the present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to send necessary proposal in the event of availability of vacancy in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the first respondent, who on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the proposal and pass orders in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks thereafter and intimate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
