W.M.P.Nos.14816 of 2021, 6072, 6075, 6080 & 6078 of 2020 in W.P.Nos.13948 of 2021, 5139, 5143, 5146 & 5144 of 2020 M.SUNDAR, J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J.,) This common order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity].
2. Captioned WMPs have been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'order dated 26.06.2019 passed by the first respondent in SHRC Case.No.4013 of 2014' [hereinafter 'impugned orders' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].
3. Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the original impugned orders were not readily available with writ petitioners at the time of filing of captioned writ petitions and therefore, photocopies of the impugned orders were filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMPs.

5. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned orders is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
6. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMPs are ordered as prayed for.
