This petition is filed to amend the petition in Para No.5 in Crl.O.P.No.5968 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024 i.e., The petitioners are ready to surrender sufficient sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town instead of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Jurisdiction.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, further time is granted for a period of two weeks to comply with the order dated 02.04.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5968 of 2024, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
