Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.135 of 2014 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, to the file of learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai Camp Sub Court, Usilampatti.
2. There is no representation for petitioner. Heard learned counsel for respondent.
3. Respondent/husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.135 of 2014 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, seeking divorce. In the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner/wife has stated that she is residing with her parents at Madurai, that she apprehends harm at the hands of respondent and their family members and hence, she finds it difficult to attend the hearing at Hosur.
4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.135 of 2014 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, to the file of learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai Camp Sub Court, Usilampatti.
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
