ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 27-03-2024 submitted to lay survey stones as per the Title Deed and to transfer the patta in respect of the property admeasuring an extent of 94 cents comprised in Survey Number 391/1, Perunkozhi village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in the name of the petitioner and also to take steps in accordance with law for removal of stones erected in the aforesaid property.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 27.03.2024 with a request to laying of survey stone as per the title deed and transfer of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for laying of survey stones and transfer of patta in the name of petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
