O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The joint compromise memo signed by the petitioner and the respondent, along with their respective counsel was produced before this Court. The submissions so made by the learned counsel for both parties and the joint compromise memo are recorded.
