This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.3617 of 2024 dated 23.02.2024, that the petitioner/A2 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
