It is seen that the petitioner has sent his complaint, dated 19.09.2015 to the first respondent/Police by post. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and lodge the same complaint, dated 19.09.2015, before the concerned Station House Officer.
