A.No.1933 of 2020 in C.S.No.352 of 2018 (Comm. Suit) N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed an interim report. There are totally three items of properties which has to be brought for sale. Out of the same, two items of properties have already been taken possession and there is one more property that remains to be taken possession before proceeding further with the sale. The learned Advocate Commissioner has sought for extension of time to take possession of the property and to effect the sale of all the mortgaged properties as ordered in A.No.1933 of 2020.
