Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from proceeding to open a price bid or issue work order pursuant to the Contract namely Dunite Collection and Belt Picking for Annual Contract of the year 2012-2013 based on the opening of the technical bid held on 07.09.2012 and consequently, direct the first respondent not to insist EPF Code number before awarding the contract and conduct a technical bid afresh.
