This application is filed seeking to carryout the amendment morefully specified in the schedule to the judges summons.

2. It is the case of applicant that second defendant bank merged with first defendant during pendency of suit and hence applicant is constrained to file amendment application to delete the name of second defendant and to make defendant No.1 as sole defendant.
