The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.04.2015 as against one Srinivasan and since the FIR has not been registered, the present petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier, the petitioner has filed a petition Crl.O.P.No.19412/2015 seeking the same relief and now suppressing the same and by changing the counsel, the present petition has been filed. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced the copy of the order made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crl.O.P.No.19412 of 2015 dated 24.08.2015 wherein this Court had recorded the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to the effect that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed on 13.07.2015.

3. Since this petition has been filed by suppressing the earlier criminal original petition filed by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition.
