This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2018 and to take the necessary steps to handover the key of the petitioner's company PLAN A FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS at No.106, Arcot Road, Virugambakkam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that the matter pertains to family dispute and the police is nothing to do with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the handing over of the key of the petitioner's company.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that no order is necessary in this Writ Petition and hence this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to agitate his right before the Civil Court. No costs.
