ORDER

It is the case of the petitioner that the Grade-Sheet in respect of his educational course, has been wrongly given by the respondent and a copy of which has been enclosed in the typed set of papers filed along with the Writ Petition, as the petitioner contends that he scored appropriate marks. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.06.2015 to the respondent seeking for rectification of the above Grade-sheet, and as the same is pending, this Writ Petition is filed.

2. On taking notice, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Anna University submitted that the respondent will look into the said representation and pass appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the above said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and if any aggrieved parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner, who shall enclose a copy of the above said representation. No costs.
