Mr.J.Saravanavel COMMON ORDER Petitioner has filed the present petitions seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.Nos. 106 & 107 of 2015 on the file of learned Family Court, Changalpet, to the file of learned Family Court, Chennai.

2. It is seen that the petitioner finds it difficult to attend the hearing of the case because at the instigation of the respondent counsel, who is the public prosecutor, the respondent has given complaints against the petitioner and the respondent counsel has also threatened the witnesses.

3. Learned counsel for respondent denies the allegations but has no serious objection.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs transfer of F.C.O.P.Nos. 106 & 107 of 2015 on the file of learned Family Court, Changalpet, to the file of learned Family Court, Chennai. The Court below is directed to dispose F.C.O.P.Nos. 106 & 107 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
