No 154/3 to an extent of 12 Ares, in Mamandur village account, Thiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur district and further direct the respondents 7, 8 to construct a new school in the above said S.No.154/3 Mamandur Village Account, Thiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District at earliest by considering the education and future of children.

2. Considering the fact that the matter is now before the Commissioner of Land Administration, directions are issued to the Commissioner of Land Administration to pass orders on the recommendation of the District Collector, Thiruvallure within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. It is needless to state that the Commissioner of Land Administration shall in his order specify that the property shall be utilized for using the Panchayat Union Primary School. The Commissioner shall 4/7
take note of the fact that the Panchayat have been fighting for the school for the last two and a half years.
4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
