(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition in the order dated 29.06.2020 in OLBP No.925 of 2020 passed by the District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur by waiving the deposit amount of Rs.50,000/-.,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the correct Crime Number is 387 of 2020 on the file of the respondent. Whereas, there is a discrepancy in the order and thereby, he seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for modification before the concerned Court and thereafter, he may approach this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to file a fresh petition for clarification/modification before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.
