ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 20.09.2019. made in W.P.No. 27911 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up today, It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, that the order of this Court in W.P.No.227911 of 2019 dated 20.09.2019, which is the subject matter of contempt was modified by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CMP.NO.8769/2020 in W.A.Sr.No.51911/2020, wherein the Division Bench of this Court disposed of the matter on 08.10.2020 by granting further 3 weeks time to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in WP.No. 22791 of 2019 and to pass orders in accordance with law. He further submitted that in view of the modified order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, the respondent will comply with the said order within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the said order.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
