This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26929 of 2023, dated 03.01.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26929 of 2023, dated 03.01.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of the trial.
