By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.Heard Mr.Arockia Dass, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
3.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to take suitable action on the basis of the representation dated 18.12.2014, and consequently take legal action against the fifth respondent.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the fifth respondent has brutally attacked the petitioner during temple festival and broken his legs. The learned counsel has also produced the x-ray, which has been taken and would submit that it clearly shows that there was a fracture in the petitioner's leg and the petitioner has underwent surgery and an implant has been kept. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the fourth respondent and since no action has been taken so far, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition. 5.Since the Writ Petition is disposed of without notice to the fifth respondent, the allegations made against the fifth respondent are left open to be considered by the fourth respondent.
Accordingly, fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.12.2004, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
