JUDGMENT

The petitioner has come before this Court seeking to transfer the claim petition filed by him on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, III Additional District Court, Poonamallee to the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the second respondent/insurance company would submit that has got no objection in transferring the claim petition from District Court, Poonamallee to Small Causes Court, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. The III Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District Judge, Poonamallee is directed to forward the case bundles to the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
