ORDER
The review application is filed because, the District Collector, Nilgris primarily had certain concerns with reference to the working of the carrying capacity and the E-pass system. Certain difficulties were already brought to our notice which have been addressed in the earlier orders. Even if there are any other difficulties, the individual applications are being made and the same is being considered by the Court. The order that is passed is by way of a continuing mandamus. Therefore, nothing further remains in the review application to be separately decided. Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner(s) to bring it to the notice of this Court by separate memo/application if any other difficulty is faced, this review application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
