ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent dated 07.08.2017 and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the services of the respondent Society with all other attendant and monetary benefits as applicable to the petitioner, by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was placed under suspension and he has given a representation to the 1st respondent. Now, the 1st respondent has completed the enquiry and he has to pass the final orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that fixing some time limit to the 1st respondent for passing the filing orders, a direction could be given to the 1st respondent by this Court.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader has also submitted that the 1st respondent has completed the enquiry and he is to pass final orders. 4.Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass the final orders on the

representation of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
