ORDER

The petitioners are the defendants 1 to 7 in O.S.No.288 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu. The respondent herein is the plaintiff. It is a suit for declaration and permanent injunction.

2. Now, the petitioners have filed the present transfer petition seeking transfer of the suit in O.S.No.288 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu to the file of any other appropriate Court.

3. Without going into the allegations made by both the parties, the transfer CMP is ordered, transferring the suit is O.S.No.288 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu to the file of learned District Munsif, Alandur, for disposal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
