O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.03.2021 sent through registered post in a time bound period. 2.Today (13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2021 has been enquired in CR.No.18/AC/EDF1CCB ACOP 21 and it has been closed as civil in nature on 05.08.2021.

3.At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
