ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation pending in the Crime No.1 of 2021 dated 04.01.2021 and to file a final report.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.1 of 2021, no final report has been filed till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police shall file a final report within a period of six months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is hereby directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
