Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to measure and survey the property in Kannanur Madhura Pazhampettai Village, Plot No.17 in S.Nos.58/2A, 2B, 2C, 2E, 2F & 6A in Chetpet, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

ORDER
It is the specific case of the petitioner that the property in Kannanur Madhura Pazhampettai Village, Plot No.17 in S.Nos.58/2A, 2B, 2C, 2E, 2F & 6A in Chetpet, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, belongs to her, based on the assignment order, dated 30.01.2009 passed by the Special Tahsildar-ADW, Polur. As the third respondent raised objections for constructing building in the petitioner's property, she has submitted representations to the concerned Revenue authorities to survey and measure the said property since 2013, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
last of which is dated 05.01.2015 addressed to the District Assistant Director, Land Survey Office, District Collector's Office, Thiruvannamalai. As the said representation dated 05.01.2015 is still kept pending, this Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to measure and survey the said property. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent-Head Surveyor, who shall consult the first respondent-Tahsildar for necessary instructions and then shall consider the said representation dated 05.01.
2015 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the third respondent and any other aggrieved parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or on production of a copy of this order by the petitioner along with a copy of the said representation, dated 05.01.2015, whichever is earlier. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
