This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.121 of 2019 dated 04.08.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police or CBCID in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.121 of 2019, charge sheet was filed on 20.03.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry. Due to pandemic situation, the learned Magistrate could not take the charge sheet on file.

4. In the light of the above facts and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
