This petition is filed to withdraw the petition in F.C.O.P.No.45 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, Vellore to the file of the Sub Court at Ranipet, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the FCOP.No.45 of 2015 pending on the file Family Court, Vellore to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet and made an endorsement to that effect. However, he prays for early disposal of the HMOP proceedings.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and recording the endorsement so made by him, this petition is ordered. Accordingly, the petition in FCOP.No.45 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court, Vellore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vellore District. The Family Court, Vellore is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to FCOP.No.45 of 2015 to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet, Vellore District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It also appears that the petition in HMOP.No.48 of 2015 filed by the petitioner is pending before the Sub Court, Ranipet, Vellore District. In the said circumstances, the learned Judge, Sub Court, Ranipet, Vellore is directed to conduct joint trial in the HMOP proceedings that was transferred from Family Court, Vellore along with HMOP.No.48 of 2015 pending on its file and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of this order.
