ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 17.09.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 I.P.C r/w Section 34 of IPC in Crime No.497 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant having suspected that the petitioners have murdered his son. Hence, he registered a case before the law enforcing agency against the petitioners.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate submits that petitioners are involved in serious nature of offence and there are 14 previous cases against A1 and 12 previous cases against A2. He further submits that this is the second bail application and the previous bail application was dismissed by this Court. grant of bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners and three is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
