This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 15.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Earlier, it is seen that this petitioner has given a complaint dated 15.09.2015 to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai Sub-Division, but the jurisdiction falls within the limits of the Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai East Police Station.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the Inspector of Police, East Police Station and for taking appropriate steps.
