When the matter came up for hearing on 14.09.2016, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the parties are now living together and as such, nothing survives for adjudication. The matter was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. When the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that he received a memo signed by the petitioner from the Trial Court Advocate, indicating that the parties have settled the matter.
3. In view of the settlement arrived at among the parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
