No.CB/TRY/0043768/000/0001228 for the period from May 1992 to 03/2009 and also corrected Statement with exact amount deducted from the wages for the period from 4/2009 till November 2011 to the petitioner expeditiously and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the amount deducted from the wages of the petitioner from May 1992 to 03/2009 along with Employer's Contribution with interest at 12% p.a from the date of remittance in the respective months till the date of payment. ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to furnish the EPF Statement pertaining to petitioner's PF Account No.CB/TRY/0043768/000/0001228 for the period from May 1992 2/6
to 03/2009 and also corrected Statement with exact amount deducted from the wages for the period from 4/2009 till November 2011 to the petitioner expeditiously and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the amount deducted from the wages of the petitioner from May 1992 to 03/2009 along with Employer's Contribution with interest at 12% p.a from the date of remittance in the respective months till the date of payment. 2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the details regarding the EPF contribution were not informed to him enabling him to ascertaining his rights.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that the petitioner served with various contractors and therefore, all such details are not available with the NLC Limited. However, the respondents 1 and 2 may give the details available with them and in respect of other details, the petitioner has to approach the 3rd respondent for the purpose of getting information.

4.In view of the facts and circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to verify the records pertaining to the petitioner's engagement and furnish the PF Statement which all are available, as expeditiously as possible. In respect of other details, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the PF authorities for getting details.
5.With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
