O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that both the petitioner and respondent have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Court at Devakottai to Sub Court at Tambaram and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram. The learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2018 to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
